"Overall, very friendly accommodating staff throughout. Attention to detail, generous and well above-norm luxury guest amenities and gestures. Great array of facilities for children - exceeds many larger luxury hotels'. Generous sized spa & pools. Very good dining options with variety of culinary styles and skills (perhaps lacking the simple casual comfort food array a bit). Unbeatable location if you want to be in the heart of the village and still be ski-in ski-out. Ski Room (set-up and service) is one of the best if not the best anywhere in the Alps."

"Excellent breakfast location at Loulou restaurant. Buffet was adequate to above-average at best considering the price-point of the hotel. A la carte part of breakfast was also somewhat average to above average while patisserie selection and quality at the buffet was excellent. Overall breakfast experience could be improved particularly in light of the high culinary skills and quality in all the hotel's restaurants we experienced for lunch and dinner."

Intimiste à souhait, établissement avec beaucoup de charme, très cosy et à taille humaine Produits de très haute qualité, restaurant et Petits déjeuners excellents Très bon Rapport qualité prix, une direction qui a tout compris Merci à Christine du Spa pour ses bons soins Et à tout les autres Personnels , accueil, restaurant, voiturier, au top ! Luxe authentique !! Nous reviendrons .."

"Great location and the team who drive guests to and from the slopes were outstanding."

"It was recognised by my family and other guests that the reception staff were very lax. They weren’t very friendly and anything that was asked such as help with dinner reservations was too much of an effort. Twice we were told restaurants were full only to call them ourselves and be told that wasn’t the case."

"It’s a little bit off the slopes (not by much - i am def lazy) so you have to carry your skis back to the hotel or wait for the hotel transport which is the only downside."
